If you enrolled in the Business By Design program on or after October 9th, 2017 and need to update the billing information that is associated with your BBD payment plan, please carefully follow the steps provided below: 

  • Log into the Training Center.
  • Once you have logged into the Training Center, navigate to the Avatar icon that's located at the top, right-hand corner of the main dashboard. 
  • Click on the Avatar icon and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu. 
  • Once you have landed on the "Profile Settings" page, navigate to the top right-hand corner and click on "Credit Card Info."
  • Once you have landed on the "Credit Card Info" page, click on the button that says "Change Card." This button is located directly below your current billing information. 
  • Enter your new billing information and click on the blue button that says "Update Card."

Once you have completed the above steps, we recommend logging out and logging back into the Training Center to ensure that your updated billing information was properly saved. 

Once you have confirmed that your updated billing information has been successfully saved, your next monthly payment will be automatically billed to your updated billing information.
