I can tell you that about 30% of Business By Design Members are international (not US based, mostly Europe and Australia). And MANY of them have successful businesses in languages other than English! The good news is that you are in control of your copy and approach. Also, you have the awareness of your own cultural differences. And so whatever you put out there online to your potential clients can reflect those things!
However, BBD is not yet translated in another language so the program and modules would be all in English.
